THEO’s mini donuts is a gluten-free dessert for everyone to enjoy. We use simple and quality ingredients to satisfy the needs of every health-conscious lifestyle including those with food sensitivities/Celiac. Most importantly, we do it without sacrificing taste. It’s not always easy, but it’s always worth it. The proof’s in every bite. Just as we’re clear about what we don’t use, we want to be equally up front about what we do, As mini donut lovers, we wanted to create and set a new standard for what a mini donut should be even if you aren’t gluten free.
Our ingredients
When it comes to what goes into our baked goods, we want to be as transparent as possible. Our ingredients are the building blocks of our product, and we pride ourselves on incorporating simple and quality ingredients. Our mini donuts are processed in completely gluten-free commercial kitchen. Offering 100% pure gluten-free indulgences without sacrificing taste is the driving concept behind THEO’s mini donuts. But rather than limiting what we’re able to use, we’ve simply tapped into the wealth of natural ingredients available, including gluten-free flours—from almond flour —as well as nuts, seeds, vegetables and fruits. Our mini donuts are baked NOT FRIED using avocado oil in a bite size 1.9 inch steel cast donut machine. Everything we make is gluten-free, but you wouldn’t know it. The majority of our ingredients are from Non-GMO and are completely dairy-free and soy-free. Our commitment to sustainability extends beyond our baked goods to every aspect of our business, from sourcing like-minded suppliers to our use of environmentally conscious packaging. We believe that it’s all connected.
